We know that both parks and beaches are a very important part of life in Miami; In addition to the wide range of recreational opportunities they offer, they also provide unique habitats for a variety of plants and animals. Sure, it may seem harmless enough to throw aside a cigarette butt or cup from the drive-thru, but all that trash adds up and it's the same trash that could end up in the ocean, especially in a state like Florida.

As all of us are aware of this problem and we should not look the other way; FIGHT SPORTS CLUB joins the BISCAYNE BAY CLEAN UP EARTH DAY 2022.

It is a celebration of Biscayne Bay and its importance as one of the most important ecological systems in South Florida. Held throughout March and April, Baynanza culminates in Biscayne Bay Cleanup Day, where thousands of volunteers come together to help clean up our bay shoreline. Since Baynanza's inception in 1982, volunteers have helped remove more than a million pounds of trash from Biscayne Bay.

Baynanza is now celebrating its 40th year, and on April 23, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. At noon, we brought the community back together to celebrate our incredible marine resources and help restore the Biscayne Bay shoreline at 27 locations across the county. Volunteers at all cleanup sites received a free commemorative t-shirt and community service hours were available to all who participated.

From us, we have asked that you bring gloves, sunscreen, bags to collect garbage from the bay, good shoes and water.

We also brought food and drinks as we had a celebratory picnic after the harvest; We also had a volleyball net and games to spend the afternoon and we enjoyed a beautiful day with the fight sports family.
